Accredited Facilitator Workshops

To enable you to become a competent practitioner of Archeotype, you need to simply do two things: –

  1. Attend an Accredited Facilitator Workshop – there is a choice of two different types to meet your needs
  2. Decide on your Archeotype Usage Plan – this is a supported package tailored to your requirements.

Archeotype is a very versatile tool and can be used in a broad range of contexts. For you to utilise the full potential and get the results you’re looking for we provide a choice of two Facilitator workshops depending on your needs.

The workshops will enable you to become competent in understanding and facilitating Archeotype in team and individual situations.

Internal Facilitator Workshops – 1 or 2 days

This workshop is designed for individuals who work for an organisation and will be using the tool for internal purposes/staff. This could, typically but not exclusively, be: –

  • Trainers
  • Coaches
  • Facilitators
  • Leaders/managers

External Facilitator Workshops – 1 or 2 days

This workshop is designed for individuals who external providers -independently providing services to organisations or individuals. This could, typically but not exclusively, be training or coaching organisations and/or self-employed/Associates: –

We have created a 1 day and 2 day Facilitator Workshop designed to meet your requirements whether you’re already an experienced practitioner in other tools or completely new to this type of activity and have no experience.

1 day Facilitator Workshop

What is it?

The one-day facilitator workshop is aimed at providing you with a thorough understand and experience of Archeotype and to provide you with the skill and knowledge to facilitate group and individual sessions.

Who is it for?

This workshop is ideal anyone who will be using Archeotype either internally within an organisation or externally as service provider.

What does it involve?

The one-day facilitator workshop provides you with: –

Experience – you will experience the power of Archeotype as a delegate and understand the stages involved.

  • You will spend quality time experiencing Archeotype as a delegate and having feedback on your own profile. This will not only enhance your experience of Archeotype but will also provide you with key insights into what to do when you provide the experience to delegates

Learn – you will learn how Archeotype works and how and why it impacts people.

  • You will be spent understanding the background to Archetypes, what they are, where they come from, how they are used, the components and underpinning of Archetypes as well as a detailed explanation of the 12 Archetypes which form Archeotype

Coach – you will coach a delegate through the experience and provide feedback and action plan.

  • The final part of the day will be spent engaging in practical application of Archeotype by you facilitating a delegate in the experience – you will provide feedback and interpretation and support the development of personalised action plan through the Archeotype Reflective Planning workbook.

2 day Facilitator Workshop

What is it?

The two-day facilitator workshop is aimed at providing you with a deeper and more bespoke understand and experience of Archeotype and to provide you with the skill and knowledge to facilitate group and individual sessions.

Who is it for?

This workshop is designed for anyone who will be using Archeotype either internally within an organisation or externally as service provider who would like additional tools, techniques to enhance the experience and to explore how it could be utilised with an organisation or with clients.

The two-day facilitator workshop provides the content of the one-day workshop as well as provides additional focus on feedback, action planning, coaching and bespoke applications/solutions for your organisation: –

Day one

Experience – you will experience the power of Archeotype as a delegate and understand the stages involved.

  • You will spend quality time experiencing Archeotype as a delegate and having feedback on your own profile. This will not only enhance your experience of Archeotype but will also provide you with key insights into what to do when you provide the experience to delegates

Learn – you will learn how Archeotype works and how and why it impacts people.

  • You will be spent understanding the background to Archetypes, what they are, where they come from, how they are used, the components and underpinning of Archetypes as well as a detailed explanation of the 12 Archetypes which form Archeotype

Coach – you will coach a delegate through the experience and provide feedback and action plan.

Day two

Tools and techniques to provide quality feedback and action planning

  • In addition to the techniques and tools from day one, you will be provided with a range of feedback and action planning approaches to suit a range of delegates and their needs to ensure you provide a personalised experience

Coaching techniques to enable you to get the most from the product for the delegate(s)

  • Additional coaching tools and techniques will be provided to ensure that you can contextualise and maximise the outputs of Archeotype for each delegate. You will be enabled to convert the outputs into meaningful goals/outcomes

Advice and support around where and how Archeotypes could be applied (see solutions section)

  • There will be a surgery/discussion session to explore how Archeotype can be integrated into your organisation and how it could be used within the context of existing interventions/programmes/schemes or as a stand-alone solution

The workshops size is limited to small numbers of facilitators to ensure there is a high quality experience along with opportunity for discussion
